Restorative yoga is a practice that holds the poses with full support from various props, it is intended to truley relax and nourish the internal nervous system.
Combine them both and restore your body from your every day wear and tear. You will be guided into a handful of poses with plenty of support while having time to reflect in each pose.
Beth Musto found her passion in the holistic field while exploring her own personal journey. She found Yoga as her movement of choice and decided to explore her practice deeper by attending the Abhyasa Yoga Institute for her 200 hr teacher-training certification. While continuing her studies she also became a certified Wellness Coach graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Beth also loves to share her knowledge of energy work with others; she has her Master level in Mikao Usui Reiki and is completing a certification in Intuitive Healing with The Diamond Light of Intuitive Healing School. Her passion is to share with others the secret to serenity, while having fun doing so. Beth’s goal for her clients is to customize their sessions and listen to the bio-individuality in each person to enhance their gifts. Because we all have gifts to share!
