Stress Release Yoga with Meditation
Thursdays, starting June 19th, from 4-5 pm. This class requires little to no yoga experience. We will move at a slow pace. Stress relief comes from within by moving your body, training your breath, and focusing your mind. We cover all that in a gentle, sensitive way based on where you are now.
Based on 5 parts of the 8 part yoga philosophy, this class will lead you through:
- Asana - physical yoga
- Pranayama - breathing techniques
- Pratyahara - turning inward
- Dharana - focus
- Dhyana - meditation
No registration is required. Drop-in to any class. Consistent attendance and practice will bring about more sustainable results.
