Guided Meditation and Relaxation
This group meets every Monday from 6-7 pm. The first part of the class includes some movement to warm up the body, then a guided relaxation, followed by a guided breathing exercise, then finishing with 5 to 20 minutes of silent meditation.

You will have your choice as to how long you want to meditate. This helps beginners start off slow and work towards longer meditation times. Chimes will sound at 5 minute intervals. Meditators may leave the room quietly if they are finished or they may stay and sit up to 20 minutes.
Meditation cushions are provided and chairs are available for those who are not comfortable sitting on the floor.
Experienced meditators are welcome too, bring your malas and mantras and meditate silently in any way in which you are accustomed.
Recomended donation: $5 per session.
